Small Business Consulting

Since 2001 we have offered consulting services to various small businesses throughout the US. In some cases these were for entrepreneurs requiring assistance or guidance in planning to start a small business.

Often, for new businesses, the initial help is requested for preparation of a professional, comprehensive Business Plan that will often be needed in securing small-business financing. In these cases we provide guidance and collaborate on the preparation of the essential Marketing, Sales, Operations, Financial, Human Resources and Legal plans.

Once the business plan is complete and financially viable, we offer services to prepare the prospective business owner(s) for meetings with interested financial backers, banks and so on. We accompany the client to these meetings to facilitate understanding and decision-making.

For established small businesses we offer various consulting services to address specific major issues or new plans. Typically this work requires a review of the Business Plan then an on-site survey of the entire business operation. It may also require customer meetings, further studies of the industry and competition, financial reviews, analyses and risk assessments. Findings are formally reported, recommendations given and an action plan outlined. If required, assistance can be provided in executing or monitoring action taken.
